Every cake, tart, and truffle is made in small batches, with care, balance, and deep respect for technique. We’re here to make desserts that feel personal, comforting, and thoughtfully refined.

At Moi, we commit to using only honest, high-quality ingredients fresh dairy, real fruit, and flavours sourced with intention.
We never use preservatives, artificial additives, or premixes. Everything is made from scratch, in our own kitchen, with care and consistency.
We work with the finest Belgian chocolate, premium nuts, and real fruits to ensure every bite tastes clean, balanced, and true to flavour. Our menu shifts with the seasons and is guided by a simple belief:
when the ingredients are good, the dessert doesn’t need anything else.
GROWING STRONG
From one kitchen to two studios, Moi is now a growing team. Many of them women, working across production, packaging, service, and creativity.
We are proudly independent, self-built, and grounded in the belief that growth should never come at the cost of quality, culture, or integrity.
