Refund policy

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time. A 10% cancellation charge will be applicable on all cancellations.

Same-day cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued for the same.

For any changes or queries, please contact us during our communication hours: Monday to Sunday, 11 am – 7 pm.

In the case of any unforeseen circumstances, Moi reserves the right to cancel and refund orders within 48 hours of the scheduled fulfillment.
Customers will be informed in advance should such a situation arise.
